Which characteristics should you look for when choosing a shoe for physical activity? (Points : 1) a sole that is exactly the same height at the heel and the toe a cushioned heel cup to protect the heel from impact a firm, molded inside to stabilize the foot a sole at least as wide as the upper part of the shoe @Cman456 && @natasha.galich
I have no clue, Honestly, A, you dont want to run flat foot, B you dont really use the heel when you run unless you run like a retard, C is pretty reasonable, and D is pretty important, Its either C or D.
And with all the research i just did for feet, id say D.
@Cman456 its better to run with flat shoes
so i would say C
but it mostly depends on what you are doing like if its a sport then it could change, its just what makes your foot comfortable lol
OH
Thanks. Could You guys help with the rest? @Cman456 & @mcnabkt
