what happens when two conductors are not separated by any insulator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess nobody want to help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the reason why we are using insulator is to avoid short circuit

OpenStudy (anonymous):

charges from one will moves to other

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if we fill the conductor with conductor the charge spreads on the surface of the conductor and this will be only one charge between the plates so there will not be any electric field and the capacitance of the conductor will be zero
