People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their emotions and behavior. They're able to handle life's inevitable challenges, build strong relationships, and lead productive, fulfilling lives.
Emotional well being is not the absence of emotions, but it is your ability to understand the value of your emotions and use them to move your life forward in positive directions.
