Oh, nevermind..both of the sides are equal..so we can write: 5x = 3x + 28 Now we can solve for \(x\). Subtract 3x to both sides: 2x = 28 Now can you divide 28 / 2? @AmberLynn127

Dividing 28 / 2 will give you your answer.
