What does que haces hoy mean in Spanish? And how do I say it in English and the same for que acabas de hacer? (NO TRANSLATOR) how do I answer them in Spanish and what do they say in English?!? Thanks

Trust me I've spoken spanish ever since I was a kid. Its my first language & still speak it at home(: "Que haces hoy" in English means "What are you doing today?" In spanish it means the same thing I just told you. "Que acabas de hacer?" Means "What did you just do?" This is how I would answer them, "Que haces hoy? Me: "Hoy voy a salir con mis amigas."<- (Today I will just go out with my friends.) ~OR~ "Hoy nomas me quedo en mi casa a estudiar."<-(Today I will just stay home and study) "Que acabas de hacer?" Me:"Acabo de hacer un examen en mi clase de ciencia."<- (I just took a test in my science class.)
