OpenStudy (znappydooz):

Can someone help me on this Geometry question? Liam is debating whether to use a straightedge and compass or a computer drawing program to complete a construction of a regular hexagon inscribed in a circle. Which method would you recommend if his goal is to complete the most accurate construction? Why would you recommend that method? Describe the difference between the steps needed for each method, and provide two reasons your method is the best one to choose.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A regular hexagon is constructed from equilateral triangles, so I think he compass construction should be easier, unless the computer program has its own hexagon graphical routine.

OpenStudy (znappydooz):

Should I change that into my own words and put it as an answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes
