Okay I'm not sure if this is in the right area to ask. But here it goes: I'm studying the sexual age consent in school right now and am just a little confused by it. Where I live (NH) the age consent is 16. So does that mean a 16 year old can legally have sex with anyone older than that? Like even 25 or 50?

I believe so, but where I live, Michigan, you have to be over 18 to be with anyone but at 16 you can have sex with 16, 17, and 18 year olds.
