and spreading a good word about them!

Just one concern: Whats the point in asking others to give them medals, i can bet most of them don't care about their medal count.

They derive joy by helping the person who needs them,
they are more than happy to receive your 'Thank you' :)

Users can Fan them though, so they know when these person come online and can ask for their help :)
