Can somebody paraphrase Annabel Lee by Edgar Allen Poe?

The above answer has a point. Poe takes 5,000 lines to say one simple thing. Don't let the fact that it's poetry and doesn't say things normally freak you out! Each stanza says one, maybe two things. Read one at a time, and say what it means in your own words. I don't think you need to include every single detail. I did the first staza for you. It was many and many a year ago, In a kingdom by the sea That a maiden there lived whom you may know By the name of ANNABEL LEE; And this maiden she lived with no other thought Than to love and be loved by me. A long time ago, a young woman named Annabel Lee loved me with all her heart, and I loved her.
