The Aztec culture survives in Mexico much the same way that tribal culture survives in the United States. Depending were you live, you probably have street names, city and place names the are Dakota, Iroquois, Mohawk, Delaware, Chumash or Seminole in origin.

We adopt Indian language words to English much the same as Aztec words in Mexico.
