My question: Cut another cardboard strip, and use it to form a brace for the square frame. Is it more rigid? Why does the brace work?

OpenStudy (ayyookyndall):

I did that but what does rigid means?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not flexible or pliant; stiff. a rigid material. Not moving or flexing. rigid muscles. Not changing or adjusting to different conditions or problems. a rigid thinker; a rigid hierarchy.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (ayyookyndall):

Why does the brace(made of cardboard) work?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Bracing works 60%-70% of the time it doesn't fix your curve but trys to prevents it from getting worse now scoliosis goes through genetics n ur prone to scoliosis if ur a girl, have long arms and fingers
