I don't see your trapezoid, nevertheless, from the text of your exercise we can write the subsequent relationships: \[a=b/2; c= b-2\] and \[2p=a+b+2c=52\] where 2p is the perimeter of your trapezoid, so please, you have to substitute the first two equation in the third...
