Well, just by looking at it, you can immediately cancel out choice A. Same thing for choice C as they basically mean the same thing. Now for choice D, the central angles for both of the circles are the same (30 degrees), so it wouldn't have much of an effect on the length of the arc. It seems like your best bet is choice B, since the only differing factor is the length of the radius.
