My birthday is on the 19th of January. Every couples years it is on Monday which means I get school off for Martin Luther King Jr. Day (the third Monday of January). My math teacher asked how often it fell on a Monday. Any help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it happens every couple of years then you need to divide your age by 2

OpenStudy (perl):

if martin luther kings day falls on a monday this year, next year it will fall on a tuesday , then next year on a wednesday, etc (but you have to skip two days for a leap year )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it is always the third Monday of January.
