In Geometry, two shapes are Similar when the only difference is size (and possibly the need to turn or flip one around). The definition of a circle is that all points lie a fixed distance r from a given point C

So would choice C accurately fit into this proof?

It seems trivial to me - not sure what all the options mean. All circles are similar - there is only 1 dimension to define them
