If your fat intake is higher than the recommendation, which specific foods in your daily intake could you reduce, eliminate or replace with other foods in order to lower the fat content?
probs eating less sugar would help bro.....
fat is not digested until it reaches the small intestine
if you cut down on sugars itll help bro
so how long does it take for your food to digest if you have a high metabolism? @PRAETORIAN.10
dunno im not an expert on the subject but food commonly takes like 8 hours to fully digest
oh, well are you serious 8 hours??? hmmm
pretty sure
wow thats a long time but i thought that well when you have a high metabolism or good one then you use the bathroom after like each meal or two well if it was good for you so i thought that meant when your food was fully digested lol
like how im an athlete , well how i lift, etc. so i eat big portions of meat, protein, etc.
i have a really important question about protein intake but you said you werent good on the topic of food
ask away bro i might know and if i dont im sure mr google does
well if i am prone to kidney infections then how much should my protein intake be because according to my diet it should either be my weight which is 150 or between 200 cal. but im not suppose to have alot at a time but i think i can not only have protein shakes
and your wanting to be a doctor so yeah lol you will have patients with these type of questions lol
and my calorie intake should be like 2800 then should decrease every 2 weeks so therefore it would end up as 3000-3500 but im not a body builder lol im just trying to gain muscle
