Hi guys, this question is for Moderators I'm thinking of doing a speech for my class about open study, will that be okay lol

OpenStudy (opcode):

This is a question of law, I assume you live in the United States. If so, there is a doctrine called fair use. Which permits limited use of copyrighted material without the need of acquiring permission from the rights holders. This includes, commentary, reviews, etc. So you are okay to create a speech about OpenStudy. Also site moderators would not have this legal power to allow use, you would actually have to direct it to the CEO of this site.

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

well that's true, the director of the website is not actually available all the time and i need to present this Monday. but my usage i guess will go against any copyrights ate any rate.

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

will not*

OpenStudy (opcode):

There are not copyrights as far as I can tell anyway. ;-)

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

hehehe! well anyway, my goal is to create an instructional speech on how to use OP

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

thanks mate^_^

OpenStudy (opcode):

You are welcome. ^_^ Good luck on your speech. :-)

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Thanks^_^
