OpenStudy (blackstreet23):

Find a reference angle for the given angle. -229

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Is that the full question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, it should be all that's given, you use the unit circle-ish

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your answer would be 49

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1416176935852:dw|

OpenStudy (blackstreet23):

but wouldnt that be -49?

OpenStudy (blackstreet23):

doesn't matter that it is negative? You draw the angle starting from the x axis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, it's just a reference angle so it will be positive (ref angles will always be positive) and yes, reference angles are always drawn from the x axis

OpenStudy (blackstreet23):

Thanks a lot
