Any . . . ideas ???

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

The indefinite article of a noun is the form when you aren't specifying anything. You are just saying "an apple" or "some milk", etc. un is the masculine version, meaning "a" une is the feminine version, meaning "an" des is the plural version, meaning "some" casquette is a feminine noun. It means something along the lines of "cap". It is feminine and singular, so what does it go with? shorts is the plural form of "short" in french, which translates to "shorts" (as in a piar of shorts) in english. So what does that go with? And maillot des bians is swimsuit, and is masular singular. So..what are the answers?
