I have some homework on the "Lord of the Flies" and the question is... "The following description is of Jack at the start of the hunt: "He was happy and wore the damp darkness of the forest like his old clothes." Why is this description an important one in understanding Jack's character?" i said that he has a dark side to him but idk if that's a good answer.
