Has anyone done a lab where you observe mitosis in an onion root tip cell???
I need help with a discussion assignment on that lab, where I'm supposed to "Describe to your classmates the steps of mitosis that you identified. Explain how you were able to tell one stage from another stage."
The problem is, I sort of can't find my microscope, so I can't do the lab. I do need to complete this discussion, though, so could someone please help me out??
