\[A = (\theta /360)*\pi*r^2\] \[16* \pi = (90 /360)*\pi*r^2\] solve for r
I'm not sure what the radius is...
\[16* \pi /(90 /360)*\pi = r^2\] \[16 /(1 /4) = r^2\] \[16 *(4) = r^2\] \[64 = r^2\] \[\sqrt{64} = r\] \[8 = r\]
