How do you attach a file to the answer you are going to post? PLEASE HELP

u post the question as usual and then at the bottom like when u are goin to repond there are three blue rectangles one says equation one say draw and one says attach file CLICK on attach file then it should pop up with ur file floder and u look for the file and u post it :)
