A group of workers are tired of having to work 10- hour days. They gather on their time off outside of their work place and protest. Their employer calls the police and the men get arrested. Are the actions of the group protected by the U.S. Constitution? A)Yes; their employer has no right to request the arrest of private citizens. B) No; Protest against private buisnesses is illegal according to the constitution. C)Yes; They were speaking their minds peacefully in a public place. D) No; The constitution only protects the worker's rights to a fair trial.
