Can someone please help me!

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

yes it appears we can use ASA postulate we have ED||AB hence \(\huge \angle CBA\cong \angle CED\) and we know \(\huge CA\equiv CD\) and since cde & cab are right triangles then \(\huge \angle CDE\cong\angle CAB\) so by ASA \(\huge \triangle CBA \cong\triangle CED\)

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

in case you asking why angles CBA and CED are congruent it is because there are alternate interior angles when you have two parallel line with an inter-sector those alternate interior angle are congruent
