Devon's target heart rate zone is 140bpm—177bpm. Julian's target heart rate zone is 148bpm—181bpm. They stop running and take their pulse, and both count the heart rate at 173bpm. If they decrease their heart rates by 20bpm, who will be in his THR zone? Both Devon and Julian Neither Devon nor Julian Devon only Julian only

Okay, im not telling you the answer i will tell you how to find it its quite simple. write down the person and their target heart rate zone. so , Devon:140bpm—177bpm and; Julian: 148bpm—181bpm next write down the heart rate that they measured. Read the question, "If they decrease their heart rates by 20bpm, who will be in his THR zone?" It is saying that it wants you to subtract 20 from their current heart rate, then state who will be within their target heart rate. sense their current heart rate is: 173, you would subtract 20 from that. Now, take your answer and see whos range the number is in. This should be your answer.
