Identify the surface I have got the correct answer but my approach is always different and I'd like to find a more fundamental approach that would work for all surfaces. 1) rho^2[sin^2(rho)sin^2(theta)+cos^2(rho)]=36 This is a cylinder with a radius of 6 My approach noticed this also take the form of rho^2(x^2+z^2)=6^2 2) Sin(theta)Sin(rho) = rho Please help and explain how you came to your conclusion.
