what is the measure of the complement of a 56 degree angle? (;

OpenStudy (nikato):

a complentary angle is 90 degrees. so 56 = the compolement must equal 90 so 56+x=90

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

2 angles are said to be complementary if their sum is 90. So, if one angle is 56, then what will be its complement?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

complement angle = 90. so.... 90-56=x x=34
