It takes a lot of learning process and you have to be a well motivated person to help and encourage people! If a mod was just easy to get then their would be no reason for mods..mods have major responsiblites. And @confluxepic  do you know for sure, because I would ask a mod yourself. And by her asking wont ruin or decrease her chance it just shows how much desire and motivation to be a mod

In the past, they tried mods lower than 18.  One was and is very good... though I think they are almost 18 now.  Others were... problematic.  So they want mods to be 18+ from about a year ago on.
