if you assume it moves about 1 cm per year then in 1000,000 it would move 1000,000cm
1000,000,/100=10000 m , 10000m/1000=10 km at less...
Strait of Gibraltar) is only 14 km..... this mean it would close and Mediterranean will get smaller and smaller....
