I don't really know this, but try to apply the terms. Does a blanket transport things? Nope.. Does a shield transport things? Maybe if you're Captain America and throw it he right way. A stagnant is (of a body of water or the atmosphere of a confined space) having no current or flow and often having an unpleasant smell as a consequence. So.. no....
That leaves us with A, a superhighway, which makes sense to me. :) What do you think?
