OpenStudy (anonymous):

i thought you divide it by 2 and multiply but idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

area of what

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I attached a picture ^^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

88cm2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or 22cm2 thats tricky. good luck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the area though is the whole thing. if that helps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To get the area we first need the length of one side. Since we are given a diagonal we can use the Pythagorean Theorem to find the side lengths. All will be the same since it's a square. Then use the side length squared to get area.

lol at the guys saying 88 and 22 ...

OpenStudy (abdullah1995):

the answer is 968cm2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's only one number so how do I use it in Pythagorean therorean
