Well, in the poem the words do trail off, So I'd imagine it'd be that the 'far' and 'wee' are trailing off. And it doesn't seem like a child's toy..

It would be a comma (in my opinion) because death is basically a pause button. But death is also a stop so it could be a colon but the second one is your answer
