how do you analyze textual evidence from books? Im reading "Speak" by Lauire Halse Anderson, and i don't know how to analyze this quote. "it is my first morning of high school. I have seven new notebooks, a skirt I hate, and a stomach ache". I said this exemplifies First Person POV as the literary device, because of the way she's talking. she doesn't have friends anymore and i don't know how to analyze this
