Well, I don't know this very well, but if you move something very large, the ground kind of moves, right? like when a large truck passes by your house and it all starts shaking? I would go with B. But if his happens under water [which is often] It would make waves. D could be right. i can't really tell you which, they both look correct, but I think B is better at generalizing, but I'm not 100% sure.
