Approximately how many square feet of the turf need to be painted for a base circle? Use 3.14 for π and round your answer to the nearest tenth.

I believe this is asking you to find the area of the circle. The formula for area of a circle is \[A=\pi r ^{2}\] Remember the radius is half of the diameter. :) Got it from here?
