I have earned 50 smart cents but its not letting me unlock a title...help plz

You also need at least 50 medals from that subject itself to unlock that title

Yep, to buy the green title you atleast need 50 medals to first unlock them. Suppose you want to buy Trusted Helper then aside from 50 smart cents you need to have 50 medals in the feedback section.
