@young.money How did the Great Compromise address the issue of representation? A. Each state would have an equal number of representatives in both the upper and the lower house of the legislature. B. The number of legislators from each state would be based on population. C. There would be a two-house legislature: one house based on state population and the other with equal representation. D.
