just go to microsoft word (if you have it) and to to insert>>illustrations>>last one on the right is screenshot, and you will be able to choose which window you want a screenshot of

im on word doc and I see illustrations but the last one on the right says charts

anather way to take a screenshot is press printscrn then go to something like paint, word, powerpoint, or anything you can paste a pic in really and click on the program then what you want to do is push ctrl+v at the same time the release, another way is go to all programs exceories snipping tool, then just select the area and save the photo... hope this helped :) -Jaynator495
