Isn't it just take the individual cell count and divide it by the total count, multiply by 100 and you get the percentage?

or am i misreading the question
I just need to know what cell is what % of 100.
take 20/40*100 that will be the percentage of that cell
so interphase has 20, so 20/36*100, and the next one has 10, so 10/36*100
unless I'm not understanding the question that should be it
