Carl has been busy writing code in JavaScript all day. He discovers there is an error in the code that he probably made himself. Which of the following can help him discover this error?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Microsoft Word Notepad or TextEdit Java debugger Java compiler

OpenStudy (woodrow73):

A java debugger for javascript? Not sure, but doesn't sound right. If you can run javascript programs from the cmd on notepad, the cmd would most likely be able to identify the errors -- assuming you have the proper software & path variable installed.

OpenStudy (woodrow73):

Though I don't know javascript, so I'm not one to talk lol.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so which one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

JavaScript is not Java, a Java debugger would be useless.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Notepad or TextEdit is the best choice (none of them are very good).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you so much
