What are some good editing sites (for pictures)?

For making collages and things like that, I like piZap. For editing pictures, I use either paint (for simple stuff) or gimp

Pizap you have to sign up for it and its free pic monkey is free too but if you want to buy other text styles or backgrounds you have to sign a membership for it and spend rl $ on it

@Samus_Aran Yes, which is why I asked why they are not using a software based tool. However, some people do not have install privileges on the computers they use. For them, it mist be a web site based or non-install software.
