What exactly do you need help with? The instructions are clear. 

It will be easiest to write about women and racial minorities.

Yep, i'd chose women! 

Consider a few things:

1) How women were viewed before hand
2) Why women were able to join a hard work force
3) Women's workforce propaganda (i.e. "Rosie the Riveter" picture included)
4) Consider the differences in the woman's new workforce when it comes to race
5) and lastly, what men thought after the war was over.
