Area, Surface Area, and Volume Please Help me Will fan and Medal!
Linda is filling the mold above with water and freezing it for an ice project. If a = 9 cm and b = 8 cm, what will be the volume of the frozen figure? 729 cu cm 1,377 cu cm 1,053 cu cm 765 cu cm
do u need definition or formulas or what
Help on this :P
is it the triangle and the square
idk :P
that u need volume for
i think Both ??
ok
a = 729
d?
@jazzy1996 D???
yea cuz it isnt a cuz that number is just the volume of the square... you have to find the volume of the square and then the volume of the tirangle then add those two numbers together
Cube = a3 and a = 9 then it will = 765
and 1/2 * 9 *8 = 36
765+36= 765. D
The figure is composed of a cube and a triangular prism. Find the volume of each figure. Vcube = s3 = (9 cm)3 = 729 cu cm Vtri. prism = (bhbase ÷ 2) • hprism = (9 cm • 8 cm ÷ 2) • 9 cm = (36 sq cm) • 9 cm = 324 cu cm Then, add the volumes. 729 cu cm + 324 cu cm = 1,053 cu cm
._.
yea so it would be c
i GOT IT WRONG!
I picked D.
i thought that d looked to smalll....
