What is a galaxy? How many galaxies are there and how many stars does each galaxy hold?
This should be in science. @Preetha SPAMMMM
Nobody is helping in science.
200 billion to 400 billion. You can just Google it -.-
Believe it or not, astronomers estimate there are 100 billion to 200 billion galaxies in the universe, each of which has hundreds of billions of stars. If your mind is reeling, that's OK. It's hard for most people to imagine the size of the universe.
basically a galaxy is a system of millions or billions of stars, together with gas and dust, held together by gravitational attraction. According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.

i just got it from google lol
no no one knows how many there are and what they hold it pure guessing
Look it up. IT's 200 billion to 400 billion.

ya but the scientist assume...stars are being formed and destroyed as we speak and galaxies are so far some we cant see with a telescope
I need ALL of the questions answered.
there was just two
oh
theres at least 100 billion galaxies we have discovered so far
Thank you. I don't like when people copy things from the internet. @Lost??? Will get a medal because he/she has answered all if my questions
