You were suspended for a reason. Yes just email OpenStudy about this and you can discuss this. The best thing to do is to not evade suspension. 

One person reporting you multiple times CANNOT community suspend you, only different UNIQUE user reports can get you suspended

When you are community suspended that means MULTIPLE people reported you, and you got automatically suspended
