so \[ \frac{dy}{dt} = \frac{-24}{6^2} \cdot \frac{4}{5} = -\frac{8}{15} m/s\] maybe they don't want the negative sign?

OpenStudy (phi):

i.e. decreasing at a rate of 8/15 (rather than -8/15)
