what are the real or imaginary solutions of the polynomial equation x^4-41x^2=-400 PLEASE HELP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x^4-41x^2+400=0\] that's better easy to factor this one \[(x^2-16)(x^2-25)=0\] which factors even further since each is the difference of two squares

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'm new to Open Study, so I don't know what medals are, but do you want one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's more of an indication of how helpful you've been. If you have a lot of medals, you've likely answered many questions and answered them well. I guess I see it as more of an indiciation of helpfulness and longevity :)

Oh, ok thanks.

What would those equations factor into, then?
