The height and base diameter of a circular cone are 27 cm and 12 cm respectively. If the cone is cut into two portions by a plane parallel to it base and the base diameter of the upper cone is 4 cm, find the volume of the lower portion. @ageta @ganeshie8

The volume of the lower portion is 312pi cm3 but i dont know why
this is hard
