I have to calculate a PCR-Solution with a 10 pM/µl Primer-Solution and I want to get a Endvolume of 20 µl with a primer concentration of 1 µM. I get very strange solutions, that actually can't be realistic, with c * V = c'*v' when I try to calculate it (2*10^-4 µl). Is there a standard way how you would start such calculations?

m1v1=m2v2

but isn't that the same as c1*v1=c2*v2?

u can change the DNA u can take dna from .5 1 1.5
